technicians and never use
subcontractors. We follow
the highest standard of shop
practices as set forth by
the National Mobility
Equipment Dealers
Association (NMEDA) for
their Quality Assurance
Program (QAP) members. Our
promise to our customers is
to be there for you, whether
you are purchasing a new
vehicle or need the smallest
repair. We strive to respond

Our field technicians are
available for service to any
equipment we installed in
your home, as are our
in-house technicians for any
adaptive equipment installed
in your vehicle. To add
additional peace of mind for
our customers, we also have
a 24-7 emergency number for
home and vehicle equipment
emergencies. Simply call the
main number and you will be
directed to a pager number
for one of our on-call
technicians.
